Refund & Advertising Policy

Advertising Purchases All advertising sales are final. 

Cancellations Must be received in writting within the first 72 hours that the original purchase was made.  There will be a non-refundable administrative fee of $200.00 applied to all cancellations outside of that window. If something should arise, please contact us immediately.

If the publication is in a production status no refund or credit is available.

Ad Accuracy Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and approving their ad before publication. The Base Guide is not responsible for errors once an ad has been PROOFED or a publication has reached production.

Design Services Design fees are non‑refundable once work has begun.

Guide Distribution The Base Guide is distributed digitally. Once an issue is published, all ads are considered delivered.
